THE CONTEXT CONSERVATORYA living memory puzzle
A quiet, free corner of the web

KEEP A LITTLE. REMEMBER ENOUGH.

A little room for
what matters.

Carry a garden through three handoffs. Keep the blooms you need,
fold tomorrow into seeds, and let the rest go.

Twelve small puzzles. No clock. Room to think.

HANDOFF 01 / 03

The first keeper

MEMORY SPACE
RESTORATION DEWshared across all handoffs

WELCOME, KEEPER

A garden that
remembers.

Each plant is a living memory. Three keepers have different requests, and each handoff has a space limit. Read all three requests before passing your garden along.

  1. Bloom keeps the full plant. It takes 2–4 spaces. Some blooms need another plant present as a seed or bloom.
  2. Seed compresses a plant to 1 space. Restoring it at a later handoff costs 1 dew. Dew is shared across the whole chapter.
  3. Forget leaves a plant behind. It cannot return unless you undo the handoff. New plants arrive already blooming.

Changing your mind within a handoff is free. Dew is only spent when you pass the garden. Meet the current request, fit the space limit, and keep enough for the later keepers.

Complete all three handoffs to collect a pressed leaf. Use less total memory to earn a golden leaf. Hints and undo are always free.

Tab between buttons. Or press 1–9 to select a plant, then S, B, or F. No timer, no lives, no rush.

THE CONTEXT CONSERVATORY

What we carry forward.

An original twelve-chapter planning puzzle inspired by current interest in context engineering and AI-agent memory. The botanical rules are a playful metaphor, not a model of how any particular AI system works.
